Welcome to the Nature Swans website!
We encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase or subscribing to www.natureswan.com.
All prices are in local currency and including VAT in the country in question, where the purchase is made with the addition of freight. Amounts stated in these Terms and Conditions are in Danish kroner (DKK), but are adjusted by us to the currency of the country in question.
We disclaim liability for errors in prices and for products that are sold out not being delivered.
Placing an order or subscribing takes place at www.natureswan.com
When you place an order here, you also actively confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms, both in the case of a single purchase or a subscription. Your acceptance includes that these Terms and Conditions are only sent to you electronically with your receipt / invoice.
Your purchase can only be paid by credit card via the website and we only deduct the money when the product is shipped. When you book, you also confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the right to dispose of your property and are of legal age to enter into a legally binding agreement.
When placing an order or creating a subscription, you will receive an e-mail stating which products you have ordered, or which subscription you wish to subscribe, and which interval this follows.
This email is NOT a legally binding order confirmation by which an agreement has been entered into. This e-mail is an electronic confirmation from our system, which confirms your entry or request for a subscription, stating what has been ordered, delivery address and all personal information. We have the option to cancel your order as a result of, among other things: Pressure errors, typing errors, technical problems, delivery failures or similar situations, which rarely occur, but which can happen.
We process your order personally, and when this is sent, an original receipt / invoice will be sent by email. This receipt / invoice will be valid as proof of purchase regarding the product.
We typically deliver all orders within 2-4 business days. Up to a weekend or public holidays, the delivery time may be longer.
Reservations are made for sold-out goods and delayed delivery time with subcontractors, which we apologize in advance if this should happen.
Note it is not possible to pick up your order at the company address, as all orders are sent from remote warehouse.
Should your packages be lost during shipment or sent back to us, the product will be sent again at no extra charge or transfer the payment back if desired.
If one of our products unexpectedly does not live up to your expectations, we ask you to send the item back to us with your comments and explanation of the problem. The product will then be used for quality control and future product improvements. Of course, we will not provide compensation for any defective products in the form of replacement products. Return is made at the buyer’s expense.
Right of withdrawal and complaint
When you shop at www.naturewan.com [does it mean “Nature Swan”?] You have the right to complain about an item that has defects or deficiencies that were present when the item was delivered. Therefore, be careful to inspect your goods upon receipt.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Act. The deadline applies from the receipt of the shipment. If you receive it on a Friday, you have until Friday two weeks later to notify the cancellation. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, you can wait until the following working day. Once you have notified us of the use of your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item.
It is sufficient that you have delivered the package to the post office before the deadline. As it is your responsibility that the package is returned, it will be a good idea to get a date-stamped receipt from the postal service so that you can prove that the return has taken place within the deadline. The package must be returned in substantially the same condition as it was received. The products must not be opened from the sealed packaging. You must pay postage yourself to send back. There is no right of withdrawal on the subsequent subscription packages and shipments, excluding the first shipment. The package must be returned to:

Creating a subscription and entering into a subscription agreement with Nature Swan
When you subscribe to our website, this will be automatically renewed at the beginning of each new subscription period, unless you unsubscribe. You will receive a reminder per. email before each renewal with the amount and date your card will be drawn. You will receive this reminder email three days before each renewal. We recommend that you mark Nature Swan as a “secure sender” to ensure that emails regarding your subscription do not end up in spam or junk mail.
The subscription price for each renewal is the price that is valid at the time of each renewal. You will also receive any discounts that you have obtained upon creation. If the conditions under which the subscription is taken out entail a discount granted in the form of a surcharge or a gift which at the same time binds you to receive a given number of products before the subscription can be terminated, such agreement is valid upon renewal. There is a 14-day right of withdrawal regarding subscription of the subscription subscribed from the time of your receipt of receipt / invoice regarding the subscription.
You can opt out of automatic renewal at any time or cancel your subscription for the remaining period on our www.natureswan.com or by contacting us by phone or email. Any special discount obtained by binding for a longer period will be required to be repaid upon termination before the end of the binding period.
Termination can only take place via the website www.natureswan.com – not via e-mail or telephone. The termination must be received by us no later than 30 working days before we have to send your next delivery. If we receive the notice later, the notice only applies to subsequent delivery. You will receive a confirmation of your termination within 72 hours.
Harassment – not ordered
If you receive a shipment that you do not believe you have ordered, it may be that someone is wrongfully using your identity, either to harass or harm you or Nature Swan. There may be fraud, which is a criminal offense and should be reported to the police. Contact customer service by email or phone in connection with this.
Returns and complaints for items in subscription
As there is only a legal right of withdrawal on the first subscription shipment, later subscription packages can only be returned if you receive an item that is defective or defective or defective. In such cases, immediately upon receipt, write a customer service message via natureswan.com describing the error. You will then receive an email with instructions on what to do. Returns of a subscription package without prior agreement with our Customer Service will not be accepted and there will be no refund.
Changes to general terms and prices
Changes to this agreement for the benefit of the customer, including price and fee reductions, may be made by Nature Swan without prior notice to the customer.
Changes to this agreement to the detriment of the customer, including price and fee increases, will be notified to the customer with 30 days’ notice. The customer has the right to terminate the agreement with a notice of at least 14 days with effect from the time the changes take effect.

Personal data policy
Your personal information is stored in our customer register, NatureSwan.com is responsible for this information and uses it to send you goods and inform you should any problems arise with your delivery. You always have the opportunity to be informed of what information we have registered about you, and you can, in accordance with the Personal Data Act, object to a possible registration. If you have given an e-mail and possibly mobile number, you will receive news and offers. You can always unsubscribe from this service by sending us a message here at www.natureswan.com
Nature Swan’s staff do not have access to information such as credit card number, CPR number and account information. We follow and respect the EU’s GDPR rules.
